This time we will look for an article that the high costs associated with health and health related states. Our first article examines why the health care costs so high. Be under the title “What has increased the cost of care?” This article comes from the Americans, the journal of the American Enterprise Institute. In this article the author examines why the “multiple” to the absurd leaps in health care and health insurance.
First, the author looks at some of the blame high cost of health care, including “perverse effects with an insurance-payment system, associated slow growth in labor productivity in the delivery of care and the issue closely with a limited supply of health service providers in connection stand. “According to the author, overstretched the current private system and perverted the use of insurance.” The author notes that the purpose of insurance is catastrophic spread to a wide range of people in order to keep down costs. The author uses the car insurance industry as an excellent example with reference to which we can not complete an application form if we are an oil change or an adjustment, but we do when an accident caused catastrophic damage.
It is the authors opinion that the insurance companies offer a similar type of reporting, the only major medical procedure, surgery, illness, etc.. Basic health care needs are covered by such insurance, and hiring a car and oil change, you no longer need to be paid by the individual. That the author should have the prices more competitive, and in turn more favorable for us all. It’s an interesting idea and see whether the reforms undertaken to promote this type of address.
